Christmas 2024 Information

Our service centre is closed for the festive period and the team will return on Monday, 6th January 2025. Once the service centre re-opens, the team will be in touch with you on your individual piece.

We honour and value the time of our skilled team, from our retail stores to our specialised Jewellers. Their knowledge and appreciation for Australian South Sea pearls and fine jewellery alike are fundamental to Kailis and to the growth of the industry.

At our National Servicing Centre, our specialist team of jewellers have the level of expertise required to service your jewellery, preserving its value and integrity. All Kailis Jewellery items pass a number of Quality Control checks before leaving our Servicing Centre. We only assess and/or service items made by Kailis Jewellery.

Submit a piece for service

Please follow these instructions:

  1. Complete the Service Assessment Form below with the required details (including all fields marked with an *) and click submit.
  2. Upon submission, you will be emailed a confirmation receipt. If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your junk/spam folder. If you have not received it, then your Service Assessment Form may not have been received. Please resubmit your request, ensuring you have completed all * fields.
  3. Once your Service Assessment Form has been successfully submitted, please package your jewellery in a safe and secure mailing box with additional protection (e.g. bubble wrap, packing peanuts) to ensure the item is protected in transit. Include a copy of your confirmation email or note detailing your name and return address and any special comments, so your package can be easily identified. Use an insured and registered shipping method, and address to:

  4. Once the jewellery item has been received and assessed by our National Service Centre, you will receive your service quote and further information via email. Please note, you will be emailed approximately 10 business days after the item has been received by Kailis Jewellery.

Note: If your Kailis Jewellery item was received as a gift, please provide as much information as possible and upload a photo of your item in place of the proof of purchase (if proof of purchase is unavailable), and then proceed as per the above instructions.

      • Return of Jewellery

      • Select the location the jewellery should be returned to after assessment and/or service. The item can be returned directly to you or to a Kailis boutique for collection.
      • Communication

      • Please note we will communicate with you via email unless otherwise instructed.
        Upon submission of this form, I will send my item via a registered and insured shipping method to Kailis Jewellery, Attn: Service, PO BOX 8260, SUBIACO EAST LPO WA 6008, Australia I understand that I will not receive communication from Kailis until my item has been received and assessed.
