Curated and thoughtful, our Gift Concierge service allows a special group of people to purchase gift vouchers towards a dream Kailis piece. We offer a personalised experience to help you with your collective gift.

Through Kailis Jewellery Gift Concierge, friends and family can purchase individual gift vouchers separately, which will then be curated together for the recipient so they can make their beautiful purchase guided by our expert team.

To begin the process, you will need to register your special occasion with our customer care team, which you can do by clicking here.

Your unique occasion ID will be created, and our team will share the next steps with you.

If you are already a part of a registered gift concierge and would like to purchase an individual voucher, please ensure you use your unique occasion ID. If you are unable to locate your occasion ID, please contact our customer care team and they will be able to help you.
We offer two options for purchasing your individual gift voucher.
Customer Care
Our customer care team can guide you through the process via phone or email. We request you provide our team with the gifting details which would have been created at the time of registration.
Online
You can purchase a gift voucher through our website. Please ensure you input your unique occasion ID in the message area, so our customer care team can allocate the amount to your special someone’s account.
Boutique Collection
Gift concierge vouchers cannot be purchased in our boutiques. However, collection can be arranged by our customer care team if you wish to present your loved one with the physical voucher.
